At Konsept Halkali, the sea-blue atmosphere of the Küçükçekmece Lake is being re-interpreted with water channels and pools.
In this project, we created a new geometry where the motion has been introduced to a symmetrical architecture. The resulting residences provide comfortable
living for approximatelly 813 families in its multi-option residence flats and 20 villas.
