Icdas Head Office building is placed in Bagcilar which is one of the most developing districts in Istanbul. The installment of one white, L shape solid facade on the land meets
the requirement of the company's being a landmark in the city.
The building contains two blocks forming an "L" shape hosting the main core in the middle.
One part is designed for rental offices, the other one is designed for head office. Parts are designed to be combined in the future. The project is nominated for LEED certification.
