Vizyon is located on the Asian side of Istanbul, in the Kartal district. This ditrict is going under considerable urban regeneration projects, and our project
had to reflect this change, especially because it was the first of this kind.
The complex is close to important local points of interest like a courthouse and a metro station. The project is composed by 2 separate towers that include also trade and office units beside residences. In order to access these and allow for a comfortable space between the pedestrian and the towers, two main entrances and a generous square in front of the towers are designed.
