Maltepe mixed use project is designed for "Mass Housing Administration". The settlement is a compound complex of buildings which can be defined as a district itself. With three high rise buildings (one office, two residential) rising on commercial base buildings consisting of streets, market places, squares, the project gives an experience of a secured district zone. The massive amount of building area is divided into buildings and streets to create a close street life experience with a respectful approach to the city life.
