This building sits on a dramatic slope facing one of the most important highways related to the Bosphorus Bridge. Having two blocks connected to eachother, the building functions as the main office building of a marine company. The main criteria of the design is creating a building that embraces offices, private office of the owner, social aspects of workers and family members. The main entrance axis is designed in a deck like structure ending with a panaromic terrace. The slope gives the advantage of using the daylight in the floors below. So the relationship of the ground floor and the garden is strongly built up.
